You shoes you lose

The middle child wants to know where everyone is...the youngest child would like to know if she can really drink whole milk if she wants...

Whole milk is the best, its like drinking a none sweetened milk shake. I've been trying to convince miss reluctant that it has the same amount of calories as 2%; but, unfortunatly, its written on the container as other wise.

whole milk is actaully no more nutritious or good for you than 2% 1% or even skim. All of the above are enforced with vitamins a & d at their botttling plant. However, sources close to me say that drinking 2 glasses of milk daily... any fat content... can assist one's diet substantially. I myself am trying to figure this one out as I drink a half gallon or more a day and have found no weight loss or size reduction. My teeth and bones are in wonderful shape though.

whole milk is really only 3% fat and that is only one more % than 2%. So, Youngest, have at her!!! It is good for your still developing brain.
