This weeks work out is:

Since we couldn’t bring ourselves to get out of bed for yesterdays’ workout posting, we are giving it to you a day later than what is usually found here at the newsy news site.

(The following should be read in the depressing tone in which we wrote it)
Just try again to get out of bed. If you already are out of bed that’s a good sign. Try to eat your breakfast too, but if you can’t we understand. If you want to go back to bed that’s fine too…at least you got up once.

The week should be getting a little better, at least Carrie won.

Tried it but I couldn't go back to bed. I was way too tired.

I have been going back to bed almost ever day this week. Yesterday it was 4 pm before I got to go back to bed but Wed I didn't even get up till after 3! It is wonderful to be able to go back to bed! THis morning however Diesel came back to bed with me and decided that I was his bed. He gets heavy and blowes his doggy breath in my face. I didn't sleep for very long. When I got up he nessled into my spot on the couch. He isnt alowed on my bed, just the couch. Well enough babbling from this tired girl.

The week is definetly getting better! Frogs are falling from the sky! Can you imagine? Yes indeed I'm so glad I stayed up.

We recommend running around in circles untill you can't possibly do anything but sleep. We don't garentee success, we just make recommondations.
