For the Favorite brother who does not read this blog…

Yesterday the middle child and the youngest child cleaned out their tackle boxes. They kept getting snags. All their favorite lures can now be found at the bottom of the lake.

Hey brother, we discovered an effective way to get lures out of trees, you can now come fishing with us without fear of losing some that’a’way.

The baby dragonflies are being born and the deer are beginning to hatch.

Hmmmm... dearest sisters, why was the far away friend not invited on the lure losing expedition? Tis true, you have but forgotten me! If this tis not true then you must invite me post hast, for when I go fishing with the youngest child I always have good luck, and perhaps no lures shall be lost?

Oh dear me.... such poor manners, inviting myself... I apologize for my rash behavior. Would June 15th work out for you?

You guys seriously crack me up.

On a sadder note, it's too bad that the Mud Lake adventure didn't come about as I'd hoped. But at least the two of you didn't get shortchanged on your fishing time.

well, i guess it may run in the family. I rarely lost lures on my fishing expeditions until i was hitched to the sister from far far away. Now, it takes but one cast each and all of my favorites are down in the cold bottomless echo. Oh well, better times are had ashore with family and friends anyhew.
