Workout of the week:

Falling down,

Now you might think there is absolutely no exercise value in falling down, and you’re right. The exercise comes when you have to get back up in order to repeat this exercise.

This workout works best when gravity is used...

Ahh, how well I know this workout! Esspecially when the shoes are new, or the ice is bumpy...Gravity is always getting me down.

Gravity should only be used with extreem caution and in a controled environment.
